Extended Integrative Session (90 minutes)
Includes optional Reiki as a complementary practice
Footnotes for Future Self is an extended session designed for moments of transition, identity shift, or personal reorientation. This work draws on principles of biomythography, the integration of lived experience, memory, and imagination, to support a more coherent and intentional sense of self.
Together, we:
Explore preferred identity narratives and emerging possibilities
Engage in reflective timeline work that honours both past and becoming
Clarify values, direction, and authorship
Support nervous system regulation through grounding and embodied awareness
This session invites thoughtful integration rather than reinvention. The focus is not on bypassing difficulty, but on situating your experiences within a broader, meaning-rich narrative.
If desired, Reiki-informed energy work may be incorporated as a complementary relaxation and grounding practice. Reiki is not a substitute for psychological or medical treatment; it is offered as an optional support for embodied presence within the therapeutic process.
