Narrative Sessions
Every session is an act of authorship — a chance to write, witness, and live the story you are ready to tell.
Sessions are offered virtually to clients located in Saskatchewan. Appointments are held through Doxy.me, a secure, encrypted video platform designed for confidential healthcare conversations and accessible from your phone, tablet, or computer — no downloads required.
In accordance with professional licensing guidelines, clients must be physically located in Saskatchewan at the time of service.

Live Edit
We begin where you are. I listen, ask questions, and guide you in noticing the stories shaping your experience. You set the pace, and work unfolds collaboratively. -
Your Pace
Clients typically meet weekly or biweekly. Some work through a specific issue (6–10 sessions), others engage in longer exploration. We check in regularly, adjusting the process to your needs.
Every session is confidential, trauma-informed, and designed to support reflection, insight, and self-authorship.
