Session Options

The following session formats are available:

Individual Narrative Session

50 minutes · $135

Collaborative, trauma-informed counselling rooted in narrative and strengths-based practice. Together, we explore the stories shaping your identity, relationships, self-criticism, and life transitions.

Insight is not imposed — it is discovered. Meaning is not prescribed — it is co-authored.

This session provides a space for ongoing one-on-one counselling. Most clients begin here.

Extended Narrative Session

75 minutes · $170

An extended session offering space for reflection, integration, and thoughtful exploration. Especially supportive during transitions, identity shifts, grief, career change, relational ruptures, or moments of life reorientation.

These sessions allow a slower, more spacious pace, giving you time to process and explore what matters most.

Ideal for times of significant change or when you feel the need to delve deeper into your story.

Reflective Session & Symbolic Integration

75 minutes · $170

Reflective sessions using symbolic and archetypal frameworks as mirrors for insight, perspective, and meaning-making. These sessions create a space for self-exploration, reflection, and curiosity, allowing you to engage with your experience in a thoughtful, imaginative way.

These offerings are not counselling, diagnosis, or mental health treatment and are provided separately from clinical services. Each session is guided by your intentions, giving you room to explore what feels most present.

Ideal for clients seeking reflective exploration and personal insight outside of formal counselling.

What to Expect

Counselling is a collaborative process that unfolds over time. The outline below offers a simple sense of how many clients begin.

  • You may begin with a complimentary First Draft Consultation (20 minutes).

This brief conversation offers space to share what has brought you here and to explore whether working together feels like the right fit. There is no pressure to continue — only an opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of the process.

  • We begin where you are.

Through thoughtful conversation and careful listening, we explore the stories shaping your experience and how they may be influencing your present. Our work unfolds at a pace that feels steady, collaborative, and manageable.

  • Many clients meet weekly or biweekly as the work unfolds.

Some come for a focused season of reflection and change (often 6–10 sessions), while others continue longer for deeper exploration. We check in regularly to ensure the work remains supportive, aligned, and meaningful.
